Computex 2022: Intel Releases Advanced Network Innovations with Enhanced Connectivity Services

Beyond revealing for its latest high performance CPU at COMPUTEX TAIWAN 2022, Intel also had much to share outside of its processor business, such as its efforts on networking systems that saw the creations of highly advanced home gateways and wireless concepts.

While Intel is not new to the networking space, having already developed an extensive range of wireless and wired advice platforms, the new that Intel introduced at the Taiwanese premium ICT industry showcase somewhat boggles the mind. In all honesty, seeing Intel break-out from its pure electronics maker part this round is a welcomed move since information technology had not fully dabbled with the finished products space in a larger capacity.

Simply put, Intel - with the introduction of its new Intel AnyWAN GRX750 System-on-Scrap (SoC) and Intel XWAY WAV500 Wi-Fi chipset, both representing the upwards and coming Intel 5th Generation 802.11ac MU-MIMO Wi-Fi ecosystem - has developed a reference design concept that its OEM partners tin can engaged when they move to put out new network gateways.

Called the Intel Like shooting fish in a barrel 750 Reference Pattern, Intel created this device to show what concept is needed to work in tandem with its new networking electronics.

As for the two connectivity solutions, Intel is looking to enable dwelling house gateways to provide richer user experiences and advanced security capabilities that, when engaged, will ensure seamless content sharing and futurity-proofing for next-gen Ultra HD services.

Intel expects this with its Intel AnyWAN GRX750 SoC as the new networking platform, powered via a high-performance and depression-powered communications Intel Cantlet SoC, offers the flexibility needed to connect wired and wireless technologies together, enabling enhanced functions similar Deject services and straight advice with each other. This includes systems that are hooked up to optical fibre, DSL, Thousand.fast, and 4G/5G services. Intel claims that devices running on the new SoC will exist able to back up more than than 100 devices in the home and manage networks that deal with more than than 1Gbps of traffic.

Equally for ensuring new devices are able to connect to these new gateways easily and operate with close to zero CPU utilisation, Intel plans to embed hereafter mobile and smart devices with its updated Wi-Fi chipset so they can immediately link onto the Intel's hereafter-driven wireless network. Of class, part of the work the chipmaker has done include collaborating with its vendor partners to produce more than 12 networking device concepts that feature these two innovations.

More details and other related information on Intel's next large bet in the networking space can be plant here.
